The most disgusting, profane, obscene curse word in the English language isn’t four letters long- it’s six.  It’s spelled “W-I-N-T-E-R”.

And winter, whether we like it or not, is fast approaching.

Deep breath.  It’s still June.  I can still smell the flowers.

Come on, sweetie, think of the folks up north in Svalbard – or even North Scandi – where the sun won’t even RISE for 2+ months in the winter!… And some of us tourists will be travelling there *just* to see that wonderful phenomenon.

We don’t have w-i-n-t-e-r here in the UK, remember ; )
